SANHA seeks technical experts on an ‘ad-hoc consultancy basis’ who possess minimum 3-years’ experience in Quality Assurance in any of the following industry categories:

• Category C - Processing 1 (Perishable animal products)
• Category D - Processing 2 (Perishable vegetable products)
• Category E - Processing 3 (Products with long shelf life at room temperature)

PS: 

• Post-Secondary education in allied Food Sciences is a prerequisite
• Candidates having the requisite training and experience in auditing food safety and hygiene have added advantage.
